Cristina Ispăşoiu and Claudiu Davidoiu started the My Grace project four years ago, a jewelry business at the time, after which they expanded their portfolio with other products and opened their own production workshop. For them, entrepreneurship has been a lesson about themselves and not just about numbers, customers, and sales.
"Entrepreneurship is a lifestyle. For me, it's a real adaptation and a test of my psyche to keep going. The most important thing is not to give up. Entrepreneurship is a struggle with yourself, where the goal is to become better," says Cristina Ispăşoiu.
